The need for psychotherapy is often stimulated by an external impulse. Someone hurts us, something bad happens. In order to be able to manage these situations, we need to turn inside. To start from within. This is the only place where our strength and our resources are. Within is the only place where we can find joy and the meaning of our life. If we have all this sorted out, we can sort out the outside too. And then we can manage anything. Working from the inside out is the ideal approach. However, most of the time we need to sort out both the inside and outside at the same time. This is life and it is perfectly ok. I can help you get oriented in such situations and to find the best solution possible.

My psychotherapy approach revolves around three pillars: systemic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and playfulness.

I have been through long-term training in systemic psychotherapy. This is my basic therapeutic method through conversation, and I deeply believe in each person´s ability to lead a fulfilling life. Fulfillment is something unique for each of us. I can help you find your unique way.

The key ability to have a satisfied and fulfilling life is to be able to be within. This is possible only here and now, in the present moment. This is the core of mindfulness teaching. I use mindfulness techniques both for myself and for clients.

Our problems often prevent us from playing. But we need to play. Play gives us perspective, it helps us find resources to face difficult life situations. Therefore I bring playfulness to psychotherapy. It can have different forms; walking in the countryside, working with pictures, creative techniques. It comes at the right time, when the client is ready.

PSYCHOTERAPY OPTIONS

Individual session – the most common form of psychotherapy with only one client and the therapist.

Couples session – a psychotherapy form used mostly with relationship problems, the therapist works with two clients (A couple)

Family session – a therapy for the whole or a part of the family (parents with a child/children)

Session with children - a psychotherapy with children, usually with the parents too, depending on the child´s age

The sessions might take place in my office, on-line or outside on a walk.

The entire content of the sessions is strictly confidential.

 

PSYCHOTERAPY PRICE LIST

Standard session (50 min.) – 1500,- CZK

Prolonged session for couples therapy (80 min.) - 2500,- CZK

One-time session (50 min.) - 2000,- CZK

You may pay with cash, or I can generate a QR code for an on-line payment.

You can use the VZP and other health insurance companies benefit programs.

I accept excuses from scheduled sessions at least 24 hours in advance.

If you apologize later, you must pay the full amount for the session.
